Included is your room, all yoga and meditation practices, and 3 vegetarian meals a day (some seafood options). There will be plenty to do such as rest on site maybe near the salt water pool, take a nature hike in the surrounding woods or to a nearby cove, head to the epic beaches of the area or explore the near by towns and medieval castle.
What’s not included: airfare, transfers to and from the retreat center, massage treatments, and excursions.
